As always - click to enlarge photos. I have used a sheet of paper, from which I have selected different areas of colour, so that the pieces co-ordinate.
The 'Thanks a bunch' is an acrylic slider which I have threaded onto dark ribbon. I can't decide whether I want the wording in the centre or to one side - so I can slide it either way!
The inside. It is square - I have just taken the photo 'funny'!

Lovely warm colours in this one..you're on a roll for cardmaking!
really like this one...if I was going to nit pick....I might have placed the flower on the bottom of the left hand corner of your stamped panel but it still looks good the way youve done it...gawd I hope you know what I mean xx
Definitely natural talent!
Loving seeing you getting into card making Lottie. This has a really friendly warmth about it.
Thank you for you kind comments, I really want to get better at card making, and hope to make some more.
Paula I agree with you about the blossom. To be truthful, I had bought a few blossoms and one of them matched the colour scheme - so I put it on just for that reason - which is not the correct thing to do LOL
I should have left it off altogether or have put it where you suggested
I love getting suggestions on how I can improve things - it's the only way to learn and get better.
xx
I'd leave the flower at the top & move the slider over to the left to balance it. Then your three elements will form a triangle, which is good compositionally - it leads the eye around the picture. I like the way you've offset the stamped image. Lovely colours too.
clever card and thanks for visiting my blog
I've just been reading your last few entries. Are you really a beginner cardmaker?-these are really good. I especially like the last one with the tree of words, that's lovely and the colours you've chosen for this one are warm and lovely. The acrylic slider is a clever idea too. Can't wait to see more.

You make lovely cards Lottie, wouldn't know you were a beginner. Thanks for your kind comments on my blog, Judith.
